The rentals that come out of our Turnkey Rental Program are designed to intentionally reduce the two biggest killers of rental property cash flow—vacancy and maintenance. The difference between SBD and someone who just sells you a house is that we are committed to your long-term success because we manage the property for you after the sale.
Our SBD Property Management team does not manage for others, only exclusively for those that have bought an asset through our Turnkey Rental Program. This allows us to maintain a high level of quality, control, and makes it easy for us to turn units as quickly as possible.

Vacancy
We believe strongly in our ability to screen out non-qualified applicants and only select the best residents for our homes. Our average length of tenancy is about 3 years, which is a huge cost-savings to our investors.

Maintenance
Our in-house maintenance crews are hired and employed to save our owners money. You can trust each of us to treat your investment properties just like our very own!
