Homes in the suburban areas we buy have proven to increase in value at a much higher rate than inner city properties.

Since our inception in 2002, our team has flipped over 1,600 single family homes and has bought five multifamily apartment complexes. We continue to grow our clients’ portfolios within Midwestern markets where strong cash flow opportunities present themselves.
