Missouri’s real estate wholesaling laws changed on August 28, creating new requirements that wholesalers and real estate investors need to understand. To help Kansas City investors prepare, SBD Housing Solutions hosted a special Missouri Wholesale Laws Forum in Blue Springs, Missouri.
